Insurance
Dr. Adeyemo is not a part of any insurance network. We can provide you with invoices you can submit to insurance carriers for out-of-network reimbursement or to be used for your healthcare flexible spending account reimbursement. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully.

Psychiatric Services
Initial Evaluations cost $350

Follow up appointments cost $150 and are monthly

Psychotherapy & Cognitive Behavioral therapy costs $200 per session and is typically done on a weekly basis, although other treatment plans are available

Addiction & Recovery Services
Initial Evaluations for Chemical Dependence, Alcoholism, and Gambling Addiction cost $350, and when an induction is necessary, the induction is typically done at the same time as the Initial Evaluation

Inductions for Suboxone (Opiate Detox Treatment), Campral, Naltrexone, Vivitrol (Treatment for Alcoholism), and Chantix (Smoking Cessation) cost $250

The initial appointment for Suboxone Treatment, Chemical Dependence & Alcoholism costs $600 total

Follow up appointments cost $150 and are monthly

Psychotherapy for Chemical Dependence, Alcoholism, and Gambling Addiction costs $200 per session (the frequency of the sessions depends on the patient's needs)

Cancellation Policy:
When you schedule an appointment with us, that time is specifically reserved for you and you alone. If you miss an appointment without calling to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead of time, you will be charged the full amount for that appointment.
